Man slays sister’s husband over honour

KARACHI: At least five men were killed in different parts of the city on Wednesday.

A man slaughtered his sister’s 25-year-old husband at the victim’s house in Sherazi Mohalla. SHO Docks Yousuf Baloch said that Muneebullah, his cousin Rozi Khan and two others entered Mohammad Ishaq’s house in the wee hours of Wednesday and stabbed him over honour in front of Ishaq’s wife and one-year-old son, adding that the police caught Khan when they raided Bengali Para.

Baloch also said that Ishaq and Muneebullah’s sister got married two years ago in Karachi against their families’ wishes, adding that Muneebullah had been threatening Ishaq before he finally killed him.
