MUZAFFARGARH: A woman was allegedly killed by her husband in the name of ‘honour’ here in Rangpur, 50 kilometers from Muzaffargarh, on Tuesday night, police said.
Muhammad Ashraf killed his wife Zainab Mai, 36, suspecting that she had an affair with someone of the locality. Iqbal, the brother of Zainab, got registered an FIR against Ashraf and his bother Aslam with Rangpur police.
Police handed over the body to Iqbal after post-mortem and started investigation.
