‘Drug use increasing in girls’ colleges

LAHORE: The use of drugs in girls’ colleges in the city is on the rise, a private TV channel quoted the Punjab Anti-Narcotics Force chief as saying on Saturday.

According to the channel, Brig Sajjad Ahmed Bakshi revealed during a press conference that drug use was increasing in girls’ colleges. He said a large number of women were taking drugs. He also said Taliban were using drug money from Afghanistan to fund their fighting in both Afghanistan and Pakistan.
