Islamabad, 26-Jan-2026 (PPI): President Asif Ali Zardari has signalled Pakistan's keenness to significantly expand collaboration with Australia in trade, investment, agriculture, and education, expressing confidence that greater leadership-level engagement would deepen mutual understanding.

In a felicitation message on the occasion of the National Day of the Commonwealth of Australia, the President stated that Pakistan looks forward to working closely with the nation to advance the common objectives of peace and shared prosperity.

He emphasised that Pakistan values its friendly and constructive relations with Australia, affirming they are grounded in mutual respect, shared democratic values, and a long-standing record of cooperation across diverse fields.
