Women’s voice ensnares 10 villagers
SUKKUR: Police on Monday recovered two kidnapped victims from a house in a raid in Ali Kosh village in the Khambhra area of Ghotki district.
Sources said that a heavy police contingent, on a tip-off, raided a house and recovered Alam Zeb and Saifullah Jan, both residents of Bannu.
Alam Zeb and Saifullah Jan were labourers and toiled in Pir Tahir Shaheed situated in Kot Sabzal (Punjab).
Police said that a gang of Kosh clansmen used to entice men by talking to them in female voice on cell phone and after developing understanding would invite them for a blind date to their village. The emotionally knocked out victims would happily reach the place of his illegal confinement.
Alam Zeb and Saifullah too, had come to meet their dates in village Ali Kosh on Sunday but were confined in the house of Ali Kosh.
The Khambhra police registered a case against seven accused including, Manzoor Kosh, Ayub Kosh, Punhoon Kosh, Shakar Kosh, Jahano Kosh and Jameel Baloch but made no arrests till the filing of this report.
