BAHAWALPUR: Two minor sisters demanded the arrest of their cousin and a landlord for allegedly raping them.
Talking to reporters at the local press club on Friday, 11 year old `N` and nine years old `S` of Goth Mehro alleged that landlord Muhammad Naeem had taken them to Quetta after abducting them on Dec 25.
They alleged that Naeem and their cousin Kaloo raped them.
They further claimed that later accused Naeem, their uncle Sabir, his son Kaloo and Sarwar tried to get their thumb impressions on plain papers.
They also tried to marry `N` with accused Kaloo, but they resisted and the people present there sent them to Darul Amaan, the girls said.
They said their parents brought them from Quetta and got a case registered against the accused with the Musafirkhana police station on Jan 16.
The victim girls claimed that the accused were influential and the police were reluctant to arrest them.
