SHIKARPUR: Armed tribesmen killed a girl and her alleged lover under the pretext of karo-kari in the limits of Humayoon police station on Wednesday night.
Reports said that a group of Pechuho tribesmen first murdered Ms Siyani Pechuho, 22, at her home in Shahal Sadhayo village near Humayoon town and then killed Abdullah Shaikh in Humayoon town.
The bodies were handed over to relatives after post-mortem at Civil Hospital Shikarpur.
No FIR was registered till the filing of this report.
In another incident, a man killed his wife and another man under the pretext of karo kari in Baqar Jakhrani village near Kashmore on Wednesday night, reports our Sukkur correspondent.
Atta Mohammad Jakhrani suspected that his wife Ms Jeena had illicit relations with Jogi Jakhrani.
He along with his accomplices first shot dead his wife and then raided the house of Jogi Jakhrani and killed him.
