BAHAWALPUR: Three girls were allegedly kidnapped and raped by a police Razakar and three others in the Model Town A area on Wednesday night.

The Cantt Police have arrested two culprits while two others, including a Qaumi Razakar escaped. The arrested culprits were identified as Yasir Ghaffar and Shoaib Sunny.

They are said to be the relatives of former union council nazim Mian Shamsur Rehman.
