Man strangles daughter to death
In a separate incident, a man strangled his daughter to death in Bat Dariyan village of Mansehra district, police sources said on Saturday.
City police reported that Yasmin, 17, daughter of Noor Khan, died on Friday. Noor had told his neighbours that his daughter had died due to an unspecified chest problem because of which she used to cough frequently.
However, they contested his claim and informed the police, after which Noor was apprehended and the body was taken for an autopsy.
