Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) for Operations, Qazi Ali Raza, has issued a clear directive to police personnel, emphasising that citizen facilitation and prompt response must remain their foremost priorities, during a comprehensive review of the capital’s Police Station on Wheels.
The senior officer conducted a detailed inspection of the mobile police service unit, examining its various sections and the amenities being provided to the public.
During his engagement with officers and staff deployed on duty, SSP Raza issued instructions centred on improving public service delivery.
He articulated that people-friendly policing is a defining characteristic of the Islamabad Police and called for all available resources to be utilised for the swift and effective resolution of citizens’ issues.
The SSP voiced his conviction that such initiatives are instrumental in strengthening public trust in the police force.
He further instructed officers to adopt courteous behaviour and maintain a professional attitude in all their dealings with residents, stressing that such conduct plays a vital role in enhancing the positive image of Islamabad Police.
