Islamabad, 28-Jan-2026 (PPI): Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb on Tuesday detailed the administration’s key economic reform priorities, centring on macroeconomic stability and fiscal sustainability, during a high-level meeting with German Ambassador to Pakistan, Ms Ina Lapel.

The minister articulated the government’s broader economic outlook, emphasising its focus on achieving competitiveness-led growth.

During the discussions on bilateral relations, both dignitaries underscored the importance of sustained engagement to further bolster cooperation across trade, investment, and development sectors.

The parties also reaffirmed their shared dedication to deepening economic ties and fostering a stable, transparent, and predictable business environment designed to support long-term growth.
