RAWALPINDI: Candidates of all political parties have hired services of women workers to deliver their political manifestos at the voters’ homes.
In order to win support of the voters, women workers have started visiting homes by carrying manifestos, messages and voter receipts of candidates of their respective political parties.
Women workers will also perform duties of polling agents on January 8, 2008.
Meanwhile, electioneering for the upcoming general elections is gaining momentum day-by-day and great enthusiasm is being witnessed among people.
Election campaign of all political parties is in full swing and the candidates are holding corner meetings in their constituencies to win support of the voters.
