LAHORE: Sadar Division police on Wednesday have arrested a proclaimed offender involved in raping his step-daughter for six months and leaving her pregnant of five months. The accused person has been identified as Maqbool. SP Essa Khan said he used to assault the girl at home. Her mother got registered a case against the accused at Johar Town police station following which he went into hiding.
