LAHORE: Police arrested a man for sexually assaulting a mentally challenged minor girl in Harbanspura here on Wednesday. Accused Rasheed alias Sheeda, a scrap dealer, reportedly had a habit of teasing minor girls. On the day of the incident, he lured the victim playing in a street to his shop and allegedly assaulted her. The victim’s family members informed the police who arrested the accused.
