Pak-American Trade Expo-2014: women entrepreneurs decide to take part
MULTAN: Women entrepreneurs Sub-Committee of Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) will take part in Pak-American Trade Expo-2014 in May. It has been decided at a meeting chaired by Khawaja Muhammad Usman President of MCCI and the meeting was also attended by the Resident Director of PATE Naveed Anjum.
Who briefed the participants that the expo will highlight the tremendous business potential of Pakistan-a country endowed with diversity of cultures, natural beauty and business prospects sprawling over its rich geography and fast-growing economic power centers and services sectors. On display will be products by around 200 exhibitors from both countries.
He said we are providing an opportunity to the skilled women and women entrepreneurs. He further said that the expo will be a celebration of the spirit “Trade Not Aid” motto in the US-Pakistan relations, as pledged by the top leaders of the two countries, which saw their bilateral trade swell to around $6 billion in 2011. Besides, a host of attractions for family and children including indoor and outdoor family play area and carnival rides, magic shows, games, face paintings, tattoos arcade game, prize competitions for children, wheels, jumping castles and lucky draws for the families will also be part of the event.
