DERA GHAZI KHAN: A man allegedly killed his sister and a youth for “honor” with the help of his accomplices and later threw their bodies into the River Indus in the jurisdiction of Bangla Iccha police station in Rojhan Mazari tehsil of Rajanpur district on Tuesday.

According to the police, Jameel, a resident of riverine area of Sabzani, with his accomplices killed his sister ‘Z’ and a youth, Fiyaz, over suspicion of having relations.

After killing them, the suspects threw the bodies into the River Indus.

On being informed of the incident, Bangla Iccha Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ghulam Murtaza, with police and Rescue 1122 teams, is leading a search operation to

Find the bodies in the river, while the alleged killers are still at large.

The police have registered a murder case against the suspects.
