LAHORE: The Women Development Ministry has received threatening letters

LAHORE: The Women Development Ministry has received threatening letters asking it to close its offices or face the risk of being attacked.

Police have increased their deployment around the ministry’s offices and directed its staff to come to their respective offices with proper identification following the delivery of these threats, reported Geo News. The police have also stopped the general public from entering the offices.
