SUKKUR – Two women were killed on the preÂtext of karo-kari in separate incidents in the Ghotki district on June 5 night.
Sultana, wife of Swtan Sapio, was shot dead allegedly by her brother and his accomplices in the Shadi Wala village, near Ubauro.
In the Bachal Shah village, Yaroo Lund police station jurisdiction, Abdul Aziz Bhatti allegedly killed his wife, Samina. Police arrested the accused.
The bodies of the women were taken to the Sukkur Civil Hospital for postmortem.
