NAWABSHAH, January 06,2005: Almost 394 people died in the name of Karo Kari (honor Killing) in Nawabshah ,Interior Sindh during 2004.
Karo Kari claimed lives of 139 men and 255 women 32 in NawabShah ,26 in Nowsehera Feroz, 35 in Dadu ,49 in Larkana ,31 in Ghotiki , 28 in Khairpur ,41 in Sukkur ,33 in Shikarpur ,33 in Mirpur Khas ,27 in Sanghar in Matti and 25 in Thatta , according to statistics.It is pertinent to mention that most of the killings took place due land dispute ,property dispute and other domestic conflicts.
