SHIKARPUR: A jirga Monday imposed a Rs 5.3 million fine on a man who had killed three women. According to reports, accused Abdul Qadir Jamali had confessed to his crime before the jirga that three years ago he had killed three women, including his wife and mother-in-law in the name of honour.The jirga headed by former prime minister Mir Zafaullah Khan Jamali and PPP leader Maqbool Ahmed Sheikh imposed a Rs 5.3 million fine on the accused.
