KHAIRPUR – A 16-year 0old girl was axed to death over the shabby tradition of Karo-Kari near Khairpur. Reports said on September 5, night Jarro and Mehboob Chang killed their cousin Qaim Khatoon in village Haider Chang while she was asleep. Faiz Gunj police have lodged a case but no arrests were reported.
