SUKKUR: A man shot dead his cousin on the refusal of marriage proposal in Khanwahan on Saturday. Police said that in Saeed Khan Khushik village in the limits of Khanwahan accused Abdul Hameed shot dead his cousin Sahiba Khatoon when she refused to marry him.
