Crackdown against female beggars

The personnel of the Women Police Station led a crackdown against female beggars who were indulging in wrong activities under the garb of begging in Saddar. About 23 beggars were rounded-up during the crackdown.

SHO Women Police Station, Syeda Ghazala, said that they received information and raids were carried out in the Preedy area at A-One Bakery, Empress Market in which they rounded-up 10 female beggars. Other raids were conducted at PIDC, Arambagh, Bambino Cinema and Garden.
