Women expo held

LAHORE: The country cannot prosper without making women an active part of the national economy, said the guest of honour at the 10th Women Lifestyle Exhibition held on Thursday.

Central and North Punjab Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CNPWCCI) organised the exhibition in partnership with Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) at the Royal Palm Country Club.

The guest of honour of the event Sara Yousaf Naseem Khokhar, spouse of Yousaf Naseem Khokhar, CEO of the SMEDA urged the businesswomen to use modern marketing skills for entering the export market.

The exhibitions like Women Lifestyle provide the ideal opportunity to get prepared for the world market, she said.

SMEDA had sponsored 15 stalls and also set up an Experts Advisory Desk in the exhibition for providing businesswomen an opportunity to meet prospective clients and build networking with women working in various business fields.
