Rawalpindi – Saddar Bairooni police have arrested three men and a woman in connection with a rape case and recovered objectionable video of the intercourse scene recorded by one of the accused, police and reliable sources told The Nation yesterday.
An accused, who is a young girl, has not been arrested so far.
Police also obtained four days physical remand of the accused from a court of law and started investigation.
The accused were identified as Iksan and his sister N, Mohsin and Asif, they added.
Sources revealed that Iksan brought the girl to the house of his sister in Morgah area and recorded video while having sex with her and later sent the objectionable video, in a bid to level the score, to the uncle of the girl, who is a local politician and had tortured Iksan along with other family members in May 2016, after coming to know his (Iksan) affair with the girl.
Police also confirmed the development.
According to Station House Officer (SHO) Malik Muhammad Yar, the father of the girl appeared before police on July 26, 2016 and stated that his daughter SB told him that her school friend took her to a bungalow located in front of Garden Villas and offered her juice.
The applicant said his daughter went unconscious after having juice.
He mentioned that her daughter was raped by two men Iksan and Mohsin during her unconsciousness who recorded the objectionable scenes in a mobile phone, which they showed to her after she regained conscious and threatened her not to tell her ordeal to anyone or else they would post her video on internet.
Later, the accused started blackmailing his daughter SB and took her to the house of Iksan’s sister in Morgah where they again raped her and made video in mobile phones, the father said.
He added the accused started blackmailing his daughter and also took Rs 350,000 from her.
He said that another youngster Asif stopped his daughter in the village and forced her to have sex with him otherwise he would leak her nude video on internet.
He also told police the accused distributed the nude video of her daughter among other people of the area.
Police, while taking action, lodged a case number 459 under sections 376/337-J/109 of PPC and 13 Probation of Electronic Crime Ordinance 2015 and arrested the four accused, the SHO said.
He said that the police produced the accused before a court of area magistrate who awarded four days of physical remand of the accused.
The SHO was of view that according to initial investigation, Asif and Iksan’s sister were found innocent; however, further probe is continued.
He said that police also recovered objectionable video from the mobile phone of Iksan and made it part of case record.
