Complainant Ghulam Abbas, of Mandiki Goraiya village of Daska tehsil, said in his complaint that his sister ‘S’ is a widow and a mother of five children.

He said one of his relatives ‘B’ raped ‘S’ when she was alone in her house.

On the orders of the DPO, a team of Sialkot Saddar police arrested the fleeing suspect, using human intelligence and advanced technology and registered an FIR against him.

The police spokesman said the investigation team was collecting DNA samples and awaiting medical examination reports of the victim and the suspect, after which the case challan would be submitted in the court.
