There are two more girls

Shazia and Kainaat were also wounded during the attack on Malala Yousafzai. These brave girls are also our daughters and need our prayers because they, too, were victims of an act of violence. The assailants are liable to them just as they are liable to Malala.

We must keep them in our prayers, as these girls are daughters of the nation in their own way. We are proud of them and applaud their efforts for education during difficult and dark days. They have vowed to complete their education without any fear. Kainaat wants to study medicine and become a doctor; she has a zest for serving humanity. We must assist her in doing so. Girls such as these are the bright future of the nation. We must take care of them and facilitate them so that all their dreams come true.
