FAISALABAD – A woman committed suicide over domestic dispute in the limits of Chak Jhumra police station.
Police said on Wednesday that 22-years-old Nadia w/o Waris Ali, resident of Jhumra Road swallowed poisonous pills after quarreling with her in-laws. She was shifted to the hospital in precarious condition where she expired. Police were investigating.

Kandhkot – A man hailing from Tangwani city shot dead his wife over suspicion that she had illicit relations with another person. According to local police, Ali Gohar reportedly shot dead his wife identified Mai Jeejal Khatoon on pretext of karo-karo within the limits of Shabirabad police station. After getting information, the police rushed to spot and shifted the body to THQ Hospital for legal formalities
