Stalker kills girl’s fiance

A man killed the fiance of the girl he loved in the jurisdiction of the Moachko police station. The police said that the incident was reported in Gulshan Ghazi where Shahzad was killed and the criminal, Imran, was arrested.

According to a relative of the deceased, Shahzad was his cousin, a resident of Maula Maadad area of Lyari and was a labourer by profession. He added that 15 days back Shahzad got engaged with her cousin Mumtaz. On Tuesday Shahzad informed the family that he was going to Mumtaz’s house. Returning from her house, a man wearing burqa came near Shahzad and shot him and tried to escape but the area people caught the accused and handed him over to the police. The accused disclosed that he loved Mumtaz and when he heard about her engagement with her cousin he killed her fiance.

LYARI: Two persons, including the cousin of Baba Ladla were killed in Lyari. Sources said that Mohamed Aslam, a cousin of Baba Ladla, a resident of Afshani Gali, went out for some work on Monday when some unidentified men kidnapped him and after torturing him the whole night sprayed bullets on his body and threw it in the Baghdadi police limits. The deceased leaves behind a widow and six children.

BODIES FOUND: Body of an unidentified woman (30) bearing torture marks and signs of rape was found from the jurisdiction of the Manghopir police station.
