LAHORE: The Raiwind police arrested a man for raping a girl on Sunday.

The alleged rape survivor said that the suspect had been her friend for the last two years or so. A police official said the suspect took her to a local flat where he allegedly raped her and on offering resistance shaved her head. The police took the girl to a hospital for medical examination and arrested the suspect.
