Hanjarwal police arrested the principal of a private school for allegedly engaging in inappropriate behaviour with an 11-year-old girl student.

The arrest was made following a complaint lodged by the victim’s mother. According to SP Dr Muhammad Umar, the suspect had been subjecting the girl to indecent acts for two months.

The suspect Ghulam Nabi allegedly threatened the girl to prevent her from disclosing the abuse. Acting on the complaint, Hanjarwal police apprehended the suspect and registered a case against him. He was handed over to the investigation wing.
