During the course of hearing, Marjan Ali Khan lawyer for the appellant Muhammad Saeed submitted that brother-in-law of the appellant had registered first information report in a police station claiming that the accused Saeed had killed his sister Hidayat Begum.

He contended that the complainant, who is brother of the killed woman, claimed in the FIR that his brother-in-law Muhammad Saeed had called him on August 18, 2012 asking that he had killed his sister and asked him to collect the body.

He argued it was unseen occurrence and no one knew about the murder of the appellant wife.
