HYDERABAD: A mother of three was subjected to criminal assault in the area of Tando Yousuf police station, according to an FIR lodged on Monday.
The victim’s husband Zulfikar said that the accused named Swati who was his friend took his wife to a vacant house where he had told her his wife was waiting for her.
He said that his family was looking for a house on rent.
The victim has been examined by the medico legal section of the civil hospital but the doctors had reserved their opinion.
Police had lodged the case but not arrested the accused who was seen many times in the area, he added.
He claimed that the accused had contacts in police and he was present in the police station when he went there to lodge the FIR.
DPO Javed Alam Odho said that police would arrest the accused nominated in the FIR.
