Mother, fella kill 7-year-old girl

HAFIZABAD: A woman killed her seven-year-old daughter in connivance with her fella in Village ‘Ghabrika’ and buried the dead body; police said.The tragic incident took place in the Pindi Bhattian police limits. According to the police, Farzana Bibi, a mother-of-three from Mandi Bahauddin, eloped with father-of-four Zafar Iqbal. The couple started work at a brick-kiln in the village of Ghabrika.

On Thursday, the couple was leaving the village when some villagers asked them about their daughter. On doubts, the residents alerted the police who took them into custody. Bibi and Iqbal confessed to the crime during the preliminary probe and the police recovered the body.
