She recorded that her husband has apologised and assured that the incident would not recur so the case be withdrawn. The court, after hearing her plea, reserved the judgment till Feb 10. Tasneem Khan, who had been physically abused by her husband and received bruises, on Jan 16, called Madadgar-15 for help. The Darahkshan police detained Moin Khan in the lock-up for the whole night on charge of beating his wife resulting in dislocation of one of her shoulders.
