Karachi: A man killed his young wife after a domestic dispute in the Mochko police limits on Sunday.
Asia, 25, wife of Bakhtullah, was slaughtered by her husband hours after an exchange of hot words in their Ittehad Town residence in Saeedabad.
Asia was sleeping when she was attacked by Bakhtullah. The accused fled after the incident.
One of the neighbours saw the fleeing man with his clothes heavily stained in blood. She immediately informed the police who reached the spot and shifted the body to the Civil Hospital.
The police said Asia was the second wife of the accused and was killed due to some domestic dispute.
