KARACHI: A woman was found dead in a house in Kalakot, Lyari. Police reached the spot and arrested the victim’s husband.
The accused doubted the character of the victim. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital for post-mortem.
According to police, the victim was identified as Nadia wife of Bashir Afzal, who was about 28 years old. Police arrested the victim’s husband on charges of murder. Police said the victim was a mother of three.
A few days ago, a child was born to the victim. The accused had doubts on her character due to which he tortured and killed her. In the preliminary investigation, the accused confessed to the murder. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
