LARKANA: A man was killed and a woman injured seriously over Karo-Kari in the jurisdiction of Muhammad Bindo Police Station on Friday.
Police said accused Abdul Hafeez Shaikh of Mehral Narejo village opened fire on Abdul Jabbar Shaikh and Momal over suspicion of alleged illicit relations. Jabbar was killed on the spot while Momal was injured seriously.Later, the police shifted the body and injured to a local hospital. Doctors said the injured woman was out of danger after medical treatment. Momal told media persons that she was innocent and had no relations with Jabbar who was shot dead by her uncle wrongfully.
