Karachi: A man lost his life in a clash that began after a boy sexually harassed his daughter in Lyari Taiser Town in Surjani Town police remit on Thursday.
SHO Shabeer Ahmed told The News that the clash took place between two groups when the boy, son of Aleem, harassed Hafeez’s daughter outside his residence in Sector 50. Hafeez, 30, Aleem, 40, and Raheem, 25, wounded when both sides attacked each other with firearms.
Aleem and Raheem were shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital and Hafeez was taken to the Liaquat National Hospital in a critical condition. Hafeez breathed his last during treatment. Police arrested Aleem and Raheem and registered cases against them. The SHO said the enmity over the issue had been going on for quite some time.
