Shakargarh police have registered a case against a man for allegedly attempting to sexually assault a 15-year-old girl at village Chhani Negrota.

A labourer ‘A’ complained to the police that his daughter went to a shop for buying some eatables and did not return home. He said after a search he found his daughter in a house and a youth ‘Wa’ was attempting to rape her. The complainant said on seeing him, the suspect managed his escape.

Shakargarh Saddar police have registered a case against the suspect under section section 376iii/511.
