A man has axed to death his sister-in-law over a domestic dispute in the limits of Taxila police station on Wednesday.

Mohammad Akram reported to police that his daughter married to Mohammad Awais some six years ago and is now a mother of two. On Wednesday his brother-in-law entered into heated arguments with her and attacked her with an axe and killed her and managed to escape.

Police shifted the body to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital for autopsy and launched further investigation after lodging a murder case against the suspect.
