LAHORE: Iqbal Town police have arrested an accused allegedly involved in number of kidnap cases of minor children.
A minor girl was also recovered from the accused and a case was registered against him, here on Thursday, the police sources said. SP Iqbal Town constituted a special team which arrested accused Arbaz Amer when he bundled the girl Zoneerah into a bag near Iqbal Park. Modus operandi of the accused was that he kidnap minor children after giving some intoxicated things and later sell them to one Irfan, the police added.
