Induction of women in police

Induction of women in police Currently less than five percent of the police force consists of women, which should be improved. With the increase in crime rate and the involvement of women in not only crimes but also acts of terrorism, it is imperative that there should be a proper functioning women police force.

This will also reduce pressure from the police, as more human resource will be available to them. At the same time, the numerous complaints against the police behavior with females will also be resolved, as women police will be taking any action.

The female victims of a crime will also feel more comfortable to approach women police in reporting a crime.
