SHIKARPUR: A man shot dead his sister-in-law in Kaalo Pir village on Saturday over suspicions she had established relations with someone in the village.
Sultankot police said that Yar Mohammad Jaffari escaped after killing his brother’s wife Ms Hazari. The police shifted the body to a hospital which was handed over to her relatives after a post-mortem examination.
The SHO registered an FIR on behalf of the state against Yar Mohammad and another suspect Rahim Bux Jaffari on charges of murder.
No culprit had been arrested till Saturday evening.
