DIR: A girl was shot dead in Surdam village in Sheringal over “honour,” police officials and locals said on Thursday. They said the girl had left her home to marry one Ajmal against the wishes of her parents.
However, the relatives of the girl stormed the house of Ajmal and killed the girl. The paternal uncle of the girl has got registered a first information report (FIR) against the accused.
