SUKKUR: A woman and a man were killed on the charge of karo-kari (extramarital affair) in Lal Chachar village near Chak, Shikarpur district, on Sunday.
Niaz Ali Chachar had been suspecting that his wife Lal Khatoon had illicit relations with a youth, Ghulam Akbar Chachar.
Niaz Ali shot dead his wife in their house, went to the house of Ghulam Akbar and called him. As he came out of the house he was shot at and injured. He was taken to a local hospital where he died.
No case was registered till late Sunday evening.
