Couple killed, bodies buried at unknown place

SUKKUR, Sept 11: A villager has killed his wife and her alleged paramour on the pretext of karo-kari and buried their bodies at an undisclosed place, according to an FIR.

Karamullah Loond, resident of Dethri village, lodged the FIR with the Yaroo Loond police of Ghotki district. He alleged that his son-in-law Imamuddin Loond with the help of Zahid Hussain and Kandero Loond gunned down his wife Farzana and Gul Hassan Kandrani on Wednesday and buried their bodies at some undisclosed place.

Police reached the village but despite efforts of six hours failed to recover the bodies. According to area people, the bodies could only be recovered after arrest of the accused, who have fled after committing the crime.
