CJP takes notice of disabled girl’s rape

NAWABSHAH: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP]) Mian Saqib Nisar has taken notice of the rape case of a 12-year-old disabled girl of Nawabshah and has ordered the IG of the Sindh Police to submit a report accordingly. According to police, a resident of Hashim Town, Ghulam Fareed Abbasi, reported that accused Ali Raza Rajput raped his disabled daughter Maryam Bibi. Police said that the accused had been arrested after the complaint, adding that further action would be taken in the the light of medical reports.
