Karachi: Frere police on Monday arrested a man accused of throwing acid on his aunt at her residence a day earlier.SHO Aslam Jatt said Kamran had a quarrel with his aunt Nasreen, following which he attacked her with acid at her house in Punjab Colony.
Nasreen was shifted to the Civil hospital.The SHO said with the help of the information provided by Kamran’s father, Abdul Rehman, police raided the house of his brother-in-law and arrested him. An FIR has been registered.SHO Jatt said that the quarrel had started over a property dispute.
