The police Tuesday arrested an accused who continued to rape a teenage girl for two consecutive months at gunpoint.

According to details, 16-year-old daughter of Muhammad Liaqat hailing from Ghaziabad used to go to home of a neighbourer to learn Quran.

Culprit Almas continued to rape the girl for two consecutive months and threatened her of shooting dead if she informed anyone.

Father of the victim girl lodged a complaint with police after which on special directives of SP Cantt Awais Shafique, the police arrested the culprit.

A case was registered against the nabbed rapist and he was being interrogated.
